Delete your account and data
You can request permanent deletion here, even if you have uninstalled the app. You do not need to sign in. This service is provided by Surya Kaliyaperumal, the developer of PromptVault.
Request deletion
Use the email associated with your PromptVault account. Our support team will contact that email to confirm ownership before deleting anything. Never send your password, sign-in codes, or payment details.
What happens next
- Submit the form. Your request is sent to our support team.
- Reply to our verification email from your account email. If you no longer have access, contact support for help verifying ownership.
- We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We will contact you if additional information is needed.
To withdraw your request before deletion starts, email [email protected] from your account email. Once deletion starts, it cannot be undone.
What we delete
Your sign-in account, profile and contact information, creator and payout profile, saved prompts and collections, credits, preferences, notifications, follows, account activity, and your submitted prompts, stories and uploaded media. Account-linked records held by our service providers are also included in our deletion review.
Public content you submitted will be removed. Copies others have already downloaded or shared outside PromptVault cannot be retrieved by us. Uninstall the app or clear its storage to remove any offline copies remaining on your device.
What we retain
We retain a limited request-handling record for up to 90 days after completion or cancellation to resolve disputes and prevent abuse. After deletion completes, we remove your email, message and media links from that record; it retains a technical account identifier, administrator identifiers, status and timestamps. Anonymous aggregate statistics may remain. If a legal obligation requires retaining specific records, support will explain which records, why and for how long before closing your request.
Subscriptions and creator earnings
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription. Please cancel it in your store's subscription settings to prevent future charges. Tell support if you need help or have unpaid creator earnings; you can still submit your deletion request now.
