Terms of Service

Welcome to PromptVault. By accessing or using the PromptVault mobile application, website (promptvault.online), or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

You may sign up using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to circumvent any access restrictions, rate limits, or security measures.
• Not scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content from the Service.
• Not submit content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringes on others' rights.
• Not impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

PromptVault Content

All prompts, images, designs, and other content provided by PromptVault are owned by or licensed to us. You may copy and use prompts for personal or commercial AI interactions, but you may not redistribute, resell, or republish prompts in bulk.

User-Submitted Content

When you submit prompts to the Community section, you retain ownership of your content but grant PromptVault a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your submission within the Service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit.

5. Credits and Premium Content

• Credits are earned by watching rewarded ads and are used to unlock premium prompts.
• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We reserve the right to modify the credit system, earning rates, or premium unlock requirements at any time.

6. Subscriptions

The Pro plan is available at the listed price (currently ₹25/month) and is managed through RevenueCat via the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription terms, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the respective app store's policies.

7. Advertising

Free users will see advertisements served by Google AdMob and/or AppLovin MAX. Ad personalization can be adjusted in your device settings. Pro subscribers do not see ads.

8. Creator Program

Approved creators may earn revenue from their prompts. Earnings, payout thresholds, and payment terms are described in the Creator Program section of the app. We reserve the right to modify the program terms, reject applications, or suspend creator accounts for policy violations.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen, which will remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that prompts will produce specific results with any AI tool. AI outputs depend on the model, version, and settings used. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of prompts obtained through the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
